I used black satin fabric and Marathon no 3006 metallic gold thread for this placemat, giving it a more formal appearance.
Oval Placemat 5 has less and wider scallops than  Oval Placemat 4
Each Panel comes in 3 quilting variations.
all the necessary panels to make this placemat is in this set. Stitch count ranges from +-5973 to +-9153 The Completed 5x7 Placemat  -  measures - 17.75 x 12.75 inches (45.5 cm x 32.8 cm)
Use a different fabric for the bottom of the panels, and make the placemats reversible.
The quilting gets done in the hoop, so any fabric of your choice can be used. You can use the Quilt lines provided, or opt to leave them out.
Assembly is an individual choice- There are little placement stitches on the oval mats, that will help you assemble the panels accurately A PDF Document is included  with suggestions, photos and help in the making of the quilted panels and the assembly of the Placemats
